Level 1

This level was developed to introduce you to the knowledge, skills, and necessary foundations to effectively teach the Method. This is your first step toward becoming a Certified U.Natural instructor.

The U.NATURAL Certification Course Level 1, consists of 12 hours of training, split into 3 days. It has a variety of 30 exercises, including all transitions, progressions and variations for all skill levels.

You will understand how and when to use each exercise individually, as how to link them in flows, with the main goal being to make each participant more comfortable moving on the ground, with their own body weight synchronized with breathing techniques and 100% mentally focused.

The COURSE is open to physiotherapists, fitness professionals and non-professionals, as we welcome everyone interested in becoming a better mover.

Fitness professionals are eligible to become Certified U.Natural Instructors, who are allowed to teach in personal training, group fitness classes, or other fitness programs. Non-professionals are all welcome to take the course for their own benefit but are not authorized to teach.

The Level 1 Course starts with the presentation and practice of the exercises and breathing techniques from the Guide.

After the study and practice of all the exercises and transitions from the Level 1 curriculum we start to work on the sequences and class methodologies.

Movements are taught within the context of numerous concepts reinforced throughout the course.

The goal is not merely to learn the movements, but understand how they fit within your goals.

the u.natural certificate validity period is one year, During this period you can do the next level or our recycling course.
